Harvey Thomas

Harvey Thomas has been a partner in the practice since 1976. He specialises in asset and tax planning, wills, trusts, company law and partnership, commercial work, commercial and agricultural property, landlord & tenant, town and country planning and employment.

Mr Thomas acts for numerous organisations and clubs in the area. He is clerk to the Haverfordwest Division of General Commissioners of Income Tax and secretary to the Lord Chancellor's Dyfed-Pembroke Advisory Committee on General Commissioners of income tax. He is also a member of Solicitors to the Elderly.

Eurian Davies

Eurian Davies is native of Llanelli and attended its grammar school. He obtained an upper second class honours degree in law at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth. He served his articles with Dyfed County Council at Carmarthen before joining the Practice in June 1976. He became a partner in1980.

Mr Davies is the partner with overall responsibility for property work generally, including leases. He also handles other non-contentious matters, including Wills and Probate. Welsh Speaker.

Gareth Phillips

Gareth Phillips was born in Haverfordwest and attended the local grammar school. He continued his studies subsequently at the University of Leicester where he gained an honours degree in law. He served articles in Swansea and Tenby, qualifying in October 1980. He commenced employment with Price & Kelway in March 1981.

Mr Phillips is a member of the Pembrokeshire Duty Solicitor scheme and as such regularly attends at the local police stations when out of hours assistance is needed. He is also a member of the Law Society's Specialist Family Law panel.

Apart from Criminal and family Law work Mr Phillips also undertakes conveyancing and probate. Functions on an exclusive diet of raw meat.

Vincent Jones

Gareth Lewis Gareth Lewis is originally from Lamphey and joined Price & Kelway in 2007.

Having obtained his law degree Gareth undertook the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester and then completed his training with the leading litigation firm in Mid Wales. Gareth was a partner and head of the civil litigation department at his previous firm.

Mr Lewis specialises in litigation dealing primarily with personal injury claims, disputes and employment matters. He is also a Member of the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme and has amassed a wealth of experience in criminal law as a Police Station and Magistrates’ Court Duty Solicitor.

In his spare time Gareth is an avid sportsman.
